Stephen is fantastic! I had never stepped foot in the gym and he gave me so much confidence. I didn't need to lose weight, just tone up and get stronger, so he tailor made a perfect exercise programme for me. He pushed me hard when I needed it, but knew when I was also reaching my limit. He also completely understands how hard it can be to fit in exercise when you are a busy working parent

Stephen is a professional and experienced coach. I've started training with him after a long break (no serious exercises for almost 1.5 years) and having a history of lower back pain. He has created me a program to reactivate all my muscles and to develop back stabilisers, and then to move to lifting heavier weights. Now I am doing compound exercises (squats, deadlifts) with no problems, getting back into shape very quickly and my back has not troubled me for quite some time.

I would definitely recommend Stephen as a coach, he not only gives excellent training and exercise plans, his nutrition advice is spot on because he has been there before, he understands the importance of having a life and he is with you ever step of the way.
