We used Eastern and Southern Africa Destination to help organize a Habitat for Humanity trip after building homes in Malawi. Douglas was extremely helpful; he was both communicative and knowledgeable of the area. Our team really enjoyed our stay he arranged for us at Bushman's Baobab. We had one minor issue with payment and Douglas was quick to help resolve it - even answering my call in the early morning hours. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We used their service in the beginning of May and we were very happy. They were professional and quickly replied to all our queries . The driver that we got was very careful and was always before us in the arranged meeting points. Their prices were very reasonable and even they offered to change the travel dates in case of flight delays or cancellations for a reasonable fee.
