Amazing service! Found the exect part we needed for our door locking mechanism in minutes from their extensive parts stocks, and even changed it for us to save us the extra hassle! Ben was so helpful and the service we received overall was outstanding. Was very surprised at the range of other stock they have, and its not just all keys and locks! Will be using these guys more often for our home repairs from now on!

Fantastic customer service for an awkward customer with a hard to cut Titanium car key! Very friendly and helpful staff and they did a great job cutting the titanium. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks!

Approachable and helpful. Took my old lock from a Victorian door that wasn't working. Tried to find a replacement but modern ones didn't fit. They managed to fix the old one very quickly and for a good price. Thank you.

Very helpful service and very quick. We picked out vanity units for our new bathroom and it was perfect. Just exactly how we wanted. The delivery was spot on too coming the exact day we wanted in time for our fitter, who also recommended AIW (Danny) we did have a few cracked tiles but we’re ordered and replaced with no problems, thanks again for the quality and would definitely recommend these guys.

I was locked out of my house. Came within 30 minutes of me calling, unlocked the door and replaced the lock. Very reasonable price and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Lost a key to a towbar on a very important day. James on phone amazingly helpful and quick to locate the replacement key on system.Went straight down. Easy parking. All staff very friendly. Checked the keys would work and cut 4 as required.Day rescued. Thankyou
