I had a very bad experience with this company. I have worked for them as a delivery driver with Amazon for 3 weeks. They did not pay me a penny. Instead they want me to give them £143.43 . Do not work here ever.

Shame you can't give zero stars, they don't even deserve that to be honest. Absolute joke of a company ran by extremely unprofessional people all across the board. Especially the 'national operations manager' Rob Staniforth, the most spineless being i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do not ever consider working for this company as they will treat you worse than dirt then rob money from you.

So I bought a cooker from Amazon and for it to be delivered to a certain room because I suffer from serious nerve damage in my neck, but when it arrived the box was damaged so I said to the guys who delivered that I want to check the item, and one of them said it was the boss checking this morning to see if the item was damaged lol, and the other refused to carry the cooker any further he just had the worst attitude huffing and hawing as he came through the front door, just definitely in the wrong job bud if you don't like your job and its not for you then find something else you horrible terrible little man. So anyway I wanted to complain to his company and there isn't even a contact number to do so?!, if that's the way they treat customers especially ones with a disability then what does that tell us?. Absolute jokers!.

Don’t expect any help from managers when you don’t get your pay on leaving. Vile company to work with do anything to pass the blame

Management 8/10Work life balance 5/10Pay 9/10It's been an amazing 3 years with countless stories, phonecalls to management, meeting some amazing people and doing some amazing things.Honestly people, it isn't ad bad a company as others make out, communication is effective, management is there for you, and the pay is decent for what is asked of you.They can't please every single driver but they do their best. And it's been an amazing time through everything at myltiple depots and driving thousands of miles delivering millions of parcels to leave on a high. I definitely recommend giving them a chance, communication is all that is required management will always give their all to help you get where you want to be.

**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**If you want to be paid correctly and on time,Even next day pay is available i owned my van and i get paid the next day should i have ever needed it.(But until i could afford my own van they helped me source a van which was stress free)The management treat everyone the same which is a refreshing change, it shows me that they are a company with integrity.If you are thinking about delivering parcels for the biggest company in the world you will have lots of choices, but i can tell you from experience that every other option doesn't meet the standards of this company based on the facts i have worked for some of the other companies, so please keep this in mind when you are deciding.I hope this honest review helps.

Very bad company. Be careful when you leave, don't pay you money and don't answer your questions.

DO NOT WORK HERE! Amongst the hidden fees, horrendous mileage reimbursements and lack of communication; this company still owes me ~£1500, I have tried endless times to contact them and resolve this issue and they have now resorted to completely ignoring me. If you apply to work here you are asking to work endless hours to be rewarded with nowhere near what you deserve. This is by far the most ridiculous experience I have had working in my entire life, how this company still exists is beyond me. I hope they realise how their mistreatment of staff can truly backfire in their faces.

I couldn’t agree more with all the negative ratings! If you wanna get paid for the job you have done I would highly recommend to stay away from these scammers. They playing many tricks not to pay to drivers especially foreign drivers. Keeping bonuses for themselves and salaries! Lee depo manager from Leeds, don’t trust him he lures you with many promises but when comes to the payment he will not reply to messages and won’t answer the phone! They always short of drivers because nobody wants to work for them! Stay away !!!
