Had a problem with the washing machine so phoned Beauclerks. The next day an Engineer arrived to fix it, he was polite, friendly and repaired it in no time, I even learned from him things about programne settings which I thought I knew already but quickly realised I didn't!! So thank you Jamie, I've taken my newfound knowledge on board.

Very impressed. Made appt and turned up promptly. Engineer friendly and very capable. Fixed issue with our dishwasher within 2 days of ringing them . Happy to recommend.

What can you say but FANTASTIC! The staff at E Beauclark from the intial telephone conversation with the reception staff, appointment booking right through to the engineer visits and final repair have been exemplary. Very professional, prompt, courteous, efficient and very good value. E Beauclerk should be rightly proud of upholding such standards and offering a way of keeping appliances in full, tip-top operation, rather than going to landfill. Thank you and keep it up!

Fabulous customer service, polite & friendly. Highly recommended.With COVID issues and me being too far away to make callout viable for them any time soon, I drove my machine to them. They had the part in stock so fixed it whilst I went shopping. Brilliant

I phoned the company for help with a malfunctioning coffee machine. I spoke to Colin, who guided me, there and then, on the phone, step by step to solve the problem. It worked. Coffee machine is now working perfectly again. Thankyou, Colin for providing such an excellent service.

This company came to bring replacement parts for my bosch cordless vacc on two separate occasions. Only got the name of one gentleman, Jamie, apologies to the other gentleman from the first visit , can't remember his name . Both of these gentlemen were kind, courteous, and extremely pleasant and efficient .My thanks to them both, and I would highly recommend this company for its efficiency and excellent service .
