The worst haircut of my life, asked for wispy bangs - walked out almost crying with way too short straight fringe! It will take months to grow back! The “hairstylist” had an attitude from the start, she was half an hour late and kept using her phone during the haircut. She clearly shouldn’t be licensed and work as a hairdresser. Sent a complaint email as well and asked for a refund but never heard back. Nightmare!Avoid this place.

Hi Folks,I visited salon, I must say the lady who did my hair was so professional, sweet and knowledgeable. She gave me so much info regarding the nourishment of hairs. I had booked a slot and requested for a no men's because I take hijab and cover myself. She accept my request and allow me to comfort myself as I want. And not to forget she gave me the nice, beautiful haircut. I will come back in a month for blow dry and trimming.

Very friendly staff, lovely conversation. A lady highlighted my hair, she was very attentive and took pride in her work. The problem came with the hair cut and styling. I asked for an inch taken off, I lost several inches and it was very choppy. The cut looked like I had done it myself during lockdown. Overall I like the hair, and the atmosphere was great. I corrected what I didn't like when I got home and it looks great.

First time going to House of Hair and was greeted by Neil who was amazing and so easy to chat with! Very impressed with his service and would highly recommend him and the team to anyone! Such lovely staff and a great environment to be in. 10/10

I went to House of Hair for the first time today after looking for a new hairdresser for a while. When I got the chance of an early post-lockdown appointment, I jumped at the chance.The salon is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean.Daniel (who is lovely) cut my hair and I couldn't be more pleased, he took such great care over my style. It's exactly what I wanted. I even made a follow up appointment on the way out and promised to leave a review.

Having naturally curly and quite unruly hair I am always dubious to go to a new hairdresser in the fear they will not be able to work with my locks (mainly due to past bad experiences). If you have curly hair 'you know'.However, my fears were soon put to rest by the owner 'Neil'.Neil listened to my needs and gave me the best cut I have had in years. He also shared his knowledge on how to take care of and make the most of my curls moving forward.He is literally a magician with hair!The service was excellent from start to finish; a lovely welcome, a nice hot drink and friendly, uplifting chatter throughout.Neil and his team deserve 10 stars!Thank you. I will be back.

My mother in law and I went in for some colour and highlights. We were told this would be fine on the consultation however when we arrived, our hairdresser Neil promptly told us he would not give us what we wanted but what we needed. He was very arrogant throughout, didn't cover my MIL's greys and gave her terrible highlights under her hair that she couldn't see and told her to do the rest at home (????). He then had the audacity to wash my hair so roughly and burn my scalp that I was almost in tears and in agony while bragging about how brilliant he was. Charged us a lot of money for the privilege". She walked out feeling absolutely disappointed and this was 2 days before her husbands funeral so completely unprofessional and unkind. Don't become a hairdresser if you don't give a hoot about your customer.Will NOT be returning."

Got my hair done here today and the staff were so welcoming. I also cannot wait to show my hair to everyone! ☺️ I will definitely be coming back
