James recalled our previous session and discussions offering further reassurance.He addressed the tension in my back and neck and I left feeling relaxed and content.A valuable 40 minutes that I encourage anyone to embrace :)

Have visited James a few times over the years and always find him to be extremely pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. His enthusiasm for his craft is really infectious and I really appreciate him walking me through what he's doing (which he does mind-boggingly well!) and feel very safe in his hands.James really works hard to get to know you and listen before working on areas of complaint and I still can't quite get my head around how quickly he was able to identify and treat a strange pain in my leg! Would highly recommend spending some time with him if you're struggling with any injuries, stiffness, posture problems, etc. I always come away feeling lighter, more flexible and more mobile and that his treatments are always money well spent.

I have had back trouble for decades. I have also seen many different practitioners. A few have been excellent and many who will extend your need for treatment. One (which I will not mention for legal reasons) got me to sign up for 12 treatments and these lasted 9 - 11 minutes each time and a 2 hour round trip) Most of those who were really good either stopped practicing or left the area. You always wonder what your next experience is going to be. Fortunately I was recommended James by a close friend. Whilst the best I have seen in the past are what i would call high standard Osteopaths I would rate James as a technician purely for the depth of his knowledge; someone who will explain what and why he is doing a specific manipulation is rare but comforting to know. Highly recommended.

I have been regularly treated by James for several years, as I have a crushed disc in my spine, which leads to a variety of other debilitating issues. I have seen several physiotherapists and two other chiropractors over the last two decades, but no-one has been able to relieve and manage my pain like James - he has helped to correct my bad posture and expertly resets my misaligned spine and vetrebrae. He recognised that many of my back and shoulder problems stem from my hips, which no other doctor had noticed - this has been a major break-through for me. He is always very personable, offers good advice and is happy to share his vast knowledge about lifestyle and body management. I highly recommend him!

James always goes the extra mile for me and my partner, we both visit him quite regularly and he always makes sure to fit us in as soon as possible, he gives us advice, and he always provides a warm and welcoming environment. I am happy with the treatments I have received and he has always resolved my issues. I would recommend him to anyone

I wish I had taken more caution when booking with James.Correspondence was good & even fitted me in a few days before New Years as I really needed to see someone for my neck. Advised me I would get mates rates despite the price quoted being the price customers pay on a daily basis!I emphasised on several occasions that I was having issues with my neck however James main focus was anything but my neck.He either didn’t seem to know what he was doing or purposefully didn’t treat the issue I came for despite having several opportunities to treat the issues in my neck he just took a step back each & every time. I must have asked him on 4-5 occasions with no attention paid to my issue he finished the session to advise he’d be there tomorrow &I could come & see him again for another session. Ruined my New Years totally

I have been treated by James Crossley for many years now. He is a miracle worker. He has fixed all the problems I have had. He has a lovely, bubbly personality. He is an amazing conversationalist. He has an abundance of knowledge on his field. It is a pleasure to be treated by him.
