I have only given this 1 star to highlight how bad this place really is. the manager lied through his teeth to get me there then changed the goalposts. i left my job of 8 years for this and had to quit on the third day. i took the job of driver/ warehouse but when i started wanted me to do telesales halfway through the 2nd day i told him i wasn't happy. day 3 told him no more telesales he told me that it was the only job he had,so i was stuck with it so i told him where to stick it. i must say most of the lads working are great but the manager is a 2 faced lying scumbag.

Edited and updated.Have been back here a number of times after leaving a poor review. Decided to up the rating from 1 star to 5 star, after noticing a vast improvement in service. Well-done NPA.First review.The Service in this place is a joke. After waiting 25 minutes for the customer before me to be served (As there’s only one shop attendant) was told the parts I ordered hadn’t arrived.NPA sort yourselves out! You’re an absolute disaster.Also the customer behind me, got fed up of waiting and walked out.

It is very convenient, but service is highly disappointing when picking up parts. Expect to wait a long while for service when visiting.
