Horrible experience when I went there the man was very unprofessional and tried to rip us off by saying the only screen protector available was the £10 one but after a while realise there was a £5 screen protector because he knew we were not gonna purchase the £10 one he then said that the screen protector costed £5 with fitting and £4 without we then Decided to purchase the £4 one but then he said that he would not do it for £4 and only for £5 and started to raise his voice this causing an arguement. Very unprofessional and very bad service.

Where do I start? First of all the staff argue against each other in front of customers, swear at each other, second the phone is never advertised as its written in ad (when I come to shop the phone was in pieces) and last of all the staff do not care about the customer; they made me wait over an hour for a phone which was advertised as 'mint condition' as the phone apparently stopped working and last of all; they offer fake guarantees to ensure that phone will not be stolen but in reality; most of the phones are stolen or faulty. My conclusion; if you want to get robbed at daylight then go to this shop, if you have a brain- stay far away!

The man has no knowledge of repairing phones. He damaged my mobile yesterday & told me to leave the shop. I will inform trading standards. I would not visit this shop & he had the audacity to swear at me in his own language. I have reported this matter to the police also. :)
