SSE are charging me for a third meter I haven’t got.They want over £400 a month increased from £200.I have gone to the energy ombudsman regarding this.I’d recommend anyone who has issues with SSE to do the same.Anyway Octopus Energy is a much better company.

Was switched from SSE through no fault of my own, stuck with a ridiculously high bill and the “final bills team” was useless, had a man shouting/ talking over me in a rude and patronizing way for over 10 minutes. Saying no to everything that I said, offering no real help whatsoever.

absolutely the worst company going i have had no electricity for three days, the disconnected my service to move the main meter box and wont come back and refit it..?? spent hours trying to get through no help givenif anyone has a direct number or email address would be gratefully received

Extremely Disappointing Experience with SSE Energy ServicesI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with SSE Energy Services, and I must say that it was a complete letdown. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, their customer service was abysmal. I encountered unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Trying to get a simple query resolved turned into a lengthy ordeal, with no clear resolution in sight.Not only did they fail in providing adequate customer support, but their billing system was also a mess. I received inconsistent and confusing bills, which left me questioning the accuracy of their charges. It's frustrating to have to chase after a company just to get a clear picture of my own expenses.To make matters worse, the overall reliability of their energy supply was far from satisfactory. I experienced frequent power outages and disruptions, which inconvenienced my daily life and work routine. It's ironic that an energy provider struggles to consistently deliver the very service they claim to specialize in.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my interaction with SSE Energy Services was the complete lack of accountability for their shortcomings. There was no genuine effort to rectify the issues I faced, and it felt like my concerns were falling on deaf ears.All in all, my experience with SSE Energy Services was riddled with frustration, disappointment, and a total lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options. This company's subpar service and lack of customer care have left a lasting negative impression, and I will certainly be looking elsewhere for my energy needs in the future.

Phone system is impossible! I have been on the phone over 2 hours and still no answer! Web chat they are never there!! They suggest using WhatsApp but again I can never get a reply, even after hours!!!

I could not find live chat option as my english is not good and i can not call them i can chat by writting. There is no app to manage because the app is not avilable in my country.
