Did what they said on the tin, they cover our IT Support, IT went down, one call, talked through the problem and it was resolved. I was so impressed with the level of service, I have moved my website and email hosting across to Mansys servers.

Interviewed here not so long ago, a very small IT Support" company. Outside intercom had bits of damp paper stuck to it indicating all different companies(????) Premises were a ghost town

I’m a customer of Man-Sys, they are our IT support, they have a great well rounded support desk. They are also very professional and get jobs done properly. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I agree with Simon, high staff turnover, issues with agency fees etc stifling environment to work in. Financially and morally cannot vouch. On the other hand when I worked at Blue Logic, they have far more experience , professionalism and a constant recruitment of quality clients.

We have been working with Mansys for just over a year now and are very happy with the service we have received. I don't know which office building the prospective employee went to but there is a lively buzz about the place with a Costa coffee shop in the foyer, not a hint of damp or a buzzer with bits of paper stuck to it!! As for Mansys the IT company, they are always there to help when we need them, alert us before we have an issue and give proactive advice on our systems and software needs.

The review left by the person who didn't get the job sounds like sour grapes. We've been a client of Mansys for almost 3 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They look after our UK wide infrastructure and the service has been outstanding. Having been through a few different IT companies and having increasingly bad experiences, it was a huge relief to encounter a company where the engineers are professional and they always deliver what they say.

Mansys have recently taken over our IT support at Children's Heart Surgery Fund. The service we have had from them has been nothing but exemplary, especially considering the poor customer service we were continually coming up against with our previous IT support.Mansys have dealt with any issues promptly, negating any loss in our business functionality. Moving to the different systems has been well planned and efficient with them maintaining good communications through a positive relationship. They are not in the business of hard selling but rather in ensuring that your business is able to function without any constant IT concerns or issues.If you are looking for an IT supplier for your business I cannot recommend Mansys highly enough. They do exactly what they say on the tin and do it well.
