Lovely lady, washed blow dried, pressed and trimmed my daughters hair beautifully.

Amazing experience!! I have been coming to Cynthia's for a few months now and I have seen an amazing improvement in my hair thanks to my stylist Reynna! The prices are really reasonable and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have relaxer, wash and cut for £40 which I think is very reasonable.Naomi

Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment for 10:30 and they secretly moved it to 9:30, without sending me any confirmation. I arrived at the building and called to ask for directions as I’m new to the area, I ended up being 3 minutes late and they told me they could not do my hair, and cancelled even though I was literally outside the salon and I had travelled down in an Uber. They are not the best hairdresser, they are just one for the few options in Shepherds Bush. If you’re willing to put up with their bad customer service just be make sure your hair ends up nice, as I wouldn’t know.

So sad to say, the lack of knowledge about hair treatment and products. After the first visit the products used in my hair was out of date .....

I have been going to this salon for a few years now and every time I am impressed and happy with how my hair has turned out. Extremely friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and a great hair-do every time! Very reasonable prices too. A happy customer every time!

The thing is, I have Heard so many bad things about going to Mitchell Cynthia's salon but I thought I'd give it a chance myself so I went there just to get braids, it cost £50 which is pricey for just a full head of braids and £25 for wash and blow dry so in total I paid £75.First thing that annoyed me was that it took her three hours or more just to wash blowdry and then plait my hair. At first it looked nice but then I got outside and looked again in my mirror & I'm not impressed with what the stylist Ingrid done to my hair. None of the plats are even, some of the plaits are loose, and it's not even been 24hrs yet!!! I will never ever go there Again or recommend anyone to go there.There was another girl there getting her hair done and she was not impressed with what they had done to her hair too.If I could I would give no stars but on this site you have to give one or you can't post

My stylist, Debra , is wonderful. Not only is she a competent and professional stylist, she's also warm and friendly. Makes you feel at ease and listens to you, gives advice and reassurance. Fantastic experience

I've been coming to Cynthia Mitchell's since the 1990's and find the staff and management accommodating, attentive, emphatic and caring, their prices are very reasonable. They always make sure their clients are happy before they leave the Salon, there are times when some clients will pretend to be happy which is unfair as we all know the saying 'you can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please all of the people all of the time'.I've been present when clients have old weave in their hair and the staff takes out the old weave wash their hair blow dry and put new weave in for £90.00 which is cheap considering the work that's involved as other places would charge a lot more and the price is agreed before the Stylist start to work on a clients hair. It does take time to do Weaving and the length of time depend on the length of hair the Stylist is working with!Cynthia Mitchells Salon (A woman of Integrity) have been going for 50 years plus and is always available to rectify issues with dissatisfied clients, when it's brought to their attention.I have recommended Clients to Cynthia Mitchells Salon to friends and family. they are happy with the service as I've been present also when TV Stars have had their hair done and is happy with the service that Cynthia Mitchell Salon provides. If I could give a higher rating I most certainly would.They have special deals on Wednesdays and the treatment and advice they give is priceless.Long may you continue in the community Cynthia Mitchell Salon.
