Five stars aren’t enough to rate the outstanding experience my wife and I had from Nick Wiley and Angus Brown at the Foxtons Pimlico and Westminster office when purchasing a beautiful property in the area. They and their colleagues were incredibly friendly and helpful, going far above and beyond to assist where needed throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Terrible experience with Foxtons! Very disappointed with the Pimlico team. I viewed a studio in November 2022, and it would be available until Feb 2023. But I was urged to sign the contract in two days as my agent Ana was very pushy with this. I waited for nearly three months, and I got the keys on the agreed date. However the inventory status was extremely TERRIBLE. The boiler has severe leakage. Please look at the pictures :) and they don’t even agree with postponing the starting date of the contract! I requested the contract termination and the refund due to the safety concerns.But the story not ends. The property manager Rachel registered my PRIVATE personal details with the Thames Water even without my permission. And they refused to explain or sort it out. The ridiculous thing is I received the billing letter from Thames Water today at where I am living now. They asked me to pay for MY property at Pimlico??? Can someone else in the team stand up and look into this please???

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Foxtons. I never anticipated that finding a home from abroad could be this effortless and seamless. Liam was truly exceptional. He displayed remarkable attentiveness and support, and his positive energy created a sense of safety and security for me throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend Foxtons to absolutely everyone!

Extremely good service. When faced with trying to find a property in a very short period of time, Liam was extremely helpful. Was constantly messaging and calling with updates. We had some finance issues but Liam contacted the landlord directly and pushed our case for us and we eventually secured the flat we wanted thanks to him.

Had an amazing amount of support from Liam over almost a year as he patiently helped me find the perfect spot! He almost made the gruelling experience of finding a flat in this tricky rental market fun! Liam is extremely resourceful, super communicative and a wonderfully friendly person.
