0 star is the most adequate score. Never delivered anything on time for me. Was given delivery window 4.20-6.20pm, but the driver finished at 5pm and scanned my item into storage, a few streets away from my home. I hate you DX.

Parcel went out for delivery 3 times and returned to depot without attempted delivery because I was at the end of the route and the driver ran out of time. Very poor for a supposed next day delivery, especially as I had to wait in all day repeatedly for no reason.

No delivery slot or rough eta. Just we’ll deliver between 8am and 8pm. Of course pop out for 20min and that’s when they come. Give a 2 hour slot like others do. I did manage to pick it up from local depot after a call, and to be fair call was answered by a human which was nice. Just with they gave a more precise slot.

Hello, I am making this huge complaint because my passport has been hold and undelivered by you since last Friday; I waited the whole day Monday 19 December at home and did nothing but waiting for the driver but until 18:00 the driver didn’t come or contact me. Where is my delivery? It’s my PASSPORT but nothing else! I can’t believe you work for US Consulate but treat your paid costumers like this!

Dx are in a bad way. Slow delivery is understandable at this time of year but I fear I may never see my items at all now. Advice to any businesses who care about their reputation, use another courier, this one is a real lemon.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The worst & most stressful delivery service, and I cannot believe that a company so useless and incompetent are responsible for delivering important personal documents. DX were delivering my passport from the Indian consulate, which I needed urgently to fly with. The driver, Michael, was coming to my door, not ringing the bell, and just driving off. This happened 3 days in a row, and the only way I resolved it was spending hours on the phone to DX, and I truly believe they would never have delivered it otherwise. Utterly infuriating and incredibly stressful - and the same happened to my boyfriend. Sort it out.

Was expecting a parcel from dx, got a message to be delivered on Thursday, no show, automatically rescheduled for fri again no show so called up the office and they could not locate the driver so rescheduled for sat morning, again no show and went to wrong address.. had to eventually pick it up dx office..which is appalling service..definitely avoid this courier.Go for Dpd abit expensive but will be delivered in time or keep you updated atleast.

This has been the worst delivery service experience. I was supposed to get my passport from the US consulate and they delivered it to the wrong address and had mis placed the passport for weeks.After calling the customer care who were not helpful at all and going to the local depot many times who also did not help, No one was able to respond or locate the package.Luckily the person who got the passport returned it correctly and that’s how I got it back.

Absolutely disgraceful. 3 days where a next day package was supposedly 'attempted' to be delivered. Was in on all 3 occasions and no attempts whatsoever. Live Chat 'solution' was to offer me to go and collect it myself. The only thing DX Express can deliver is disappointment! Avoid if possible.
