Grangemouth Sports Stadium
Didn't really feel this was a suitable place for the Falkirk model railway exhibition. No inside refreshments due to the running surface in the hall. Understandable but not good for the stallholders. Not enough disabled parking or perhaps due to lack of signage we didn't find the main car park? Ended up parking down past the high school on the street. Will definitely reconsider attending anything there tbh. One bonus is that it's very easy to find.

Unfortunately a local gem is being mismanaged. Any sort of water on the track and it becomes an ice rink. The council looking to offload this facility as well so obviously aren't spending any money on it. Gutting as this place could be a local marvel.

Another great run by my granddaughter. Excellent facilities. Parking can be an issue at busy events but lots of on street parking around stadium. That was surprising given that most local authorities are car hostile

A great local facility for those who like athletics. With indoor training facilities and a great running track previously used at the Glasgow Commonwealth games and re laid in Grangemouth.Used regularly by local athletics clubs and for national athletics meets the stands are basic but in a good state.Plenty of toilet facilities and a cafe for spectators. ample changing facilities.Hosts the annual round the houses 10k which is also the national student 10k and a very popular local event.Local council proposing to close this facility so would encourage everyone to try and support community ownership or council keeping open.

Grangemouth Sports Stadium
Only place in central Scotland serving the athletic clubs in the area. It has the track that was used in the Commonwealth games in Glasgow. Scottish leagues are held here get along and support them.
