Jamie Carden is unreliable and very poor service provided . Our house left in a mess and not completed the job. No shows, lies and blames his staff for his own mismanagement. Not to be trusted , makes false promises and is not ashamed when he lets you down continuously .Response to Jamie’s fabricated stories below1- He breached contract . Used all the budget by overcharging. Only 50% job done even though extra money paid on good will .2 - we started legal process against him to recover costs . Not him against us !3 - His staff were treated with respect by both me and my husband . Unlimited coffee's , snacks and even lunches were provided on good will.We let Jamie in our house based on trust. He has broken all the trust and took advantage of our good nature. Not to be trusted !

Avoid Jamie Carden at all costs! Previous him and his old partner operating as Wortley Building Services. Nothing fully completed, excuses galore & no shows. House left in a mess both inside & out! Unreliable, unorganised & can't manage staff. Broke all promises even after extra money paid on goodwill!

Came to fit all new light switches, the lads came earlier then expected, excellent job done.

Had my conservatory dismantled and the area block paved. Everyone turned up when the were supposed to and we are pleased with the result.

Absolutely do not trust this man. He rebuilt our garage andduring this time, his workmen broke our garage door. We were promised a replacement door. After the job was done. We heard nothing about the replacement door and the roof was leaking badly. Jamie would not answer our calls and ignored our messages. We have now approached another builder who has pointed out all the unacceptable work that was done. The roof has to be completely replaced. It will cost us another £2.500 to put right and the cost of a new garage door. Absolute cowboy. We have a contract and will be looking at court proceedings.

Avoid if you can do not trust him at all, do not pay £1 in advance to this fraudster he will start making excuses or “I’m on holiday” after I advance paid him good amount of money instead of finishing my job Jamie is “on holidays” what a clown!
