Pets at Home Droitwich

Just popped in with my sister and her little one and we ended up seeing rabbits and meeting some lovely dogs as well as getting the guinea pig food at half price! Staff are super friendly and quick service at the tills. We didn't need any help but they were there to give it if needed.

Bought some fish from them, which ended up not fitting into my community tank. Attempted to return and they refuse. Basically saying not their problem. Took the fish to Maidenhead aquatics who said they will happily re home them.Absolutely shocking service, when you buy fish they pretend they have a duty of care, but as soon as they have your money their sense of morals go out the window.Will be going to Maidenhead from now on, they have better selection of livestock and much better customer service.

Pets at home always have everything you are looking for and if not the staff will always help you find an alternative.I get everything there from dog food to accessories for our dogs to having their nails clipped their too. Staff are always lovely and Friendly.

Great for dog equipment, harnesses are good quality and well priced. Good range of hay and I couldn't do without their large bags of guinea pig pellets. #Permapigs

Great for general pet shopping and nice vets within.

over the last month we have not been able to get anything we want and some of the younger staff couldn’t care, they are very unhelpful and even talk down to you, the new young lad is really pleasant but on a whole the place has really gone down hill.I will say the vets are wonderful though and always happy to help,we will continue to use the vet but have resorted to getting the things we need via amazon now.

It's a typical Pets at Home as a genersl comment.On this occasion though, not impressed. Rang several stores to find a specific size in an item. Quoted the size according to the website. Store confirmed they had it, we drive out of our way (not our local store) only to find they had put aside the wrong size and didn't have the correct one in store at all.No acknowledgement of their error, the inconvenience to us or the additional cost to us because of their error. Poor show!

Awful. Animals are from animal mils. Keep strictly solitary animals with other animals. Tell people it is okay to purchase enclosures WAY below the minimum. Encourage SOLITARY animals to be sold as a pair?! 10% of their animal food is actually good for pets. Even their fish advice is horrendous! They advise very fast growing and big fish to go in small tanks! The only SUITABLE hamster enclosure they sell is only online not in store!! Again this is to make more profit as they profit from selling their own brand stuff, eg the tiny “cages” they will recommend. If you are going to get a rodent dont buy ANYTHING other than reptile sand from pets at home. Watch Victoria Racheal on youtube for the correct info and knowledge! Pets at home knows NOTHING about the animals they sell! SHAME ON THEM!!

Quality shop and great staff, every time with go in there with our Springer Spaniel, she gets loads of fuss and treats. Really go the extra mile and there’s a good selection of products. Not sure why it’s only a 4 star… probs cause it smells like wet dog. Would recommend
