Been a landlord for 2 years with smart move. At first was hesitant with the guaranteed rent scheme but it was well worth it. I have been able to take a seat and let Smart move manage my property without worry. Rent is always paid on time and customer service is outstanding. Would 10/10 recommend for landlords who have been wronged in the past by unprofessional estate agents.

TERRIBLE! Bob Dhillion, one the agents handled things very unprofessionally. We as landlords sat down with him after not receiving our rent on time for multiple months on end and when it was due he would never answer the phone. He assured us it would not happen again and that he would like to change the payment date to pay us on time which we agreed to. He then didn't change it and STILL didn't pay us on time, so we decided to move on. He then deducted hidden fees and charges and hasn't answered the phone since. Also he allowed the tenants to renovate the property and make huge changes without us knowing as well as creating an arrangement with them to pay less rent because of the renovation costs incurred by the tenants, without letting us know and disappearing without a trace. Very unprofessional, if you are smart, you would avoid smart move. Clueless bunch, glad to see the back of them..

My last tenancy was running out and I was getting really anxious to find a place soon. But I'm so glad I found this agency. Not only that they managed to get me a place really quickly, but the apartment is really well maintained, furnished and almost brand new. Really impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness and great customer service. If you ever need a place in Reading, ask for Naila and you will be impressed too.

Appalling service. Do not reply to emails, messages or calls. Rent payments are always late. Raised complaints and never get back to me.
