Atmosphere is not very welcoming when you come in. Staff look moody like they’re annoyed to be there.Lady with dark hair and European accent very rude and had attitude on 2 separate occasions. Younger girl serving was a lot nicer.Food is ok but definitely not worth the price.Pret staff are friendlier.

I think for 1 bacon mushroom cheese toastie for £6. 25 is a bit over priced and NOBODY USED A HANDGLOVES when touched the food and this is get 5 star hygiene..Not really smiley faces there... And one of the staff woman was scream what was a bit weird....

Confusing queuing system people stood everywhere. Friendly staff but the Jacket potato with cheese, beans and coleslaw was just lovely.

Overpriced for what you get. Service is poor with staff not understanding basic vegetarian requirements (i.e. preparing / handling foods separately to meats). Can't see myself returning any time soon.

Went in today as I’ve had good service before..today was really slow service, looks very empty.. one of the staff was rude to myself who’s got a allergy because I forgot to ask for an alternative she was making me buy another without even offering to replace my other item. I understand it was my fault but it’s just the worker would need better customer service skills and I found her every rude.Ended up getting a refund and going somewhere elts.

WOW, £5 for a sandwich, I asked for coronation chicken, couldn't even tasted it as there was 3 pieces of chicken on there, and 2 two pieces each of tomato and cucumber! So not worth it! The lady who served me wasn't very nice either

Have been here before and never had a problem although the last time was pre-covid about 2.5 years ago. Awful experience today. I bought a turkey salad baguette which cost £4.85!!. I was parked across the city 10 minutes walk away when I got back to the car found the bread was stale at lest several days old. The lady who made it must have known as she cut it open of course to make the sandwich. I never had time to take it back so it went straight in the bin. Mega expensive @ £4.85 to say the least and couldn't eat it, totally disgusted.

Nothing like as good as they used to be. No specials boards, the customer experience is baffling to the passing eater. The pricing is opaque, but that's hardly surprising given how expensive it turns out to be when you reach the til. The costly sandwich was disappointing very little wafer thin pastrami for the money and cheese was extra! I should have braved the queue in Pret, no wonder they are so much busier.

I arrived at this store portland Street last week, it was so clean and the staff where very helpful. I ordered a breakfast and also a couple of cakes. Well I will tell u this food tantalise my taste buds. In all the years of trying food form various Manchester based establishments, it was this establish which had the desired effect on my tummy. Yum yum get in my tummy that food was so yummy. I am now a regular customer, I'm set for life, the staff know how to make a great breakfast, u should be so proud that u have great staff. 5 stars ✨
