The service here is really quite terrible, I really don’t understand why it takes so long to get a drink if you order in store. I ordered my drink as they told a drive through customer that they would have to go round again as they hadn’t ordered at the machine, they then went round in the queue ordered and still got thier whole order before I did! There was nobody in store waiting for a drink but the three members of staff still couldn’t keep up with an order a car let alone my coffee order. This happens every time, if it wasn’t convenient I would avoid it like the plague. No other Starbucks seems to have service problems like this and yet everyone who has to order a drink in store has the same trouble as me. I have just timed a customer that turned up 10 mins after me ordering (and still hadn’t been made my drink) and she has waited 12 minutes post order for her drink and about 3 cars have driven through. They really need a new management team in here who can delegate properly.

Oh dear this store has really lost its sparkle ! Staff don't listen to orders , would rather talk to each other through head sets! Asked for the 5p extra charge for using a takeaway cup nd got told are you arguing about 5p "" so so rude just asking for an explanation. As the only guy working this Sunday morning easy to work out who it is . SO RUDE .!!!!!!"

Used to be very good. Now they have Stock issues and don’t listen to customer’s orders. I ask for Large, get a medium instead quite regularly. Never have vegan whip for customers who can’t have dairy. Also prepared a normal drink instead of the vegan drink asked for. Had to go back in to ask for the correct drink and explained my intolerance and they didn’t seem to care, not very apologetic. Made me quite ill for a few days

I know it's Starbucks. But it would have been nice if the guy working had acknowledged me at some point rather than just chatting to his mate at the drive thru window

I visit here (drive thru) nearly every day but the last few weeks service has become so so slow. Often 7 cars waiting 15 minutes. And there never seems to be a reason. Also the politeness of staff which has always been good has become very poor.

Visit here once a week. I don’t understand what’s happened - no stock, still using takeaway cups when you sit in, staff concentrate on drive through rather than customers inside. Food received late and coffee not even hot. Not the place it used to be :-(

It's Starbucks... nothing to write home about.. it's ok i dont mind the coffee and the food is alright. What is frustrating is the servers shouting names from behind a wall of coffee machines with their heads down (or as today from the section where they serve the drive through) . Or taking an order and heating up the food first and because the queue is long they (a) don't have a name to match it with so its just a PANINI" half shouted into the milk frother while it's on full blast and (b) you don't get your drink for another 10mins which
