Caravan Surgeon

Had a repair done by caravan surgeon in June 2018. They had to attend my home after as the caravan front was literally covered in overspray. They cleaned this off. Then in bright sunlight the repaired area was clearly visible. Again they had to sort this problem out. I asked for a quotation on some other works and Andy said he was happy to quote on the work and would get me a quotation out in the post or email. Several texts asking for the quotation has been met with absolute silence. Poor customer satisfaction and poor customer service. Its just simple manners to reply. Wont be using or recommending them any more in the future.Not impressed at all!!!

Just had a mobile repair done by Andrew from Caravan Surgeon to my caravan which had awning pole damage - lots of scratches and dents. Very pleased - looks like new again! All work was carried out on our seasonal pitch near Criccieth, using his inflatable workshop. Wouldn't hesitate to use Caravan Surgeon again and would recommend him. Thanks for a great job.

Had a damaged bathroom sink in a classic hymer Andy repaired it made a lovely job of it it's now better than new . Thanks andy

Very poor communication no customer satisfaction I had some minor paint work repairs carried out on my caravan after a few months the finnish deteriorated badly I tried to contact Andy several times text and calls he totally ignored me l then went elsewhere and was told how poor the work he had done was thankfully my van is now good as new as I've payed again to have his poor work done properly do not use this company at all

These guys deliver on everything they say - top quality workmanship, supreme customer services, polite and professional dealings throughout. I am delighted with the repair carried out - you would never know it had been worked on - it's as though the damage wasn't ever there! I strongly recommend Caravan Surgeon

Can’t speak too highly of this company . Recently had a shower tray repair carried out by Andrew, a very personable gentleman. He dropped us off at the tram station so we could enjoy a day out in Nottingham, whilst keeping us updated about the repair. Andrew picked us up at the agreed time and took us back to the van . On our return he showed us pictures of different the stages of the repair and explained what work had been carried out . The repair had been carried out to an high standard . I could see from the photos that there was more work than expected. Andrew would not accept any extra payment, other than the agreed price , which was very reasonable and included a 3 year guarantee .Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company in the future and would highly recommend.

Andy repaired a large dent and scratch for me. Right from the start Andy was polite, professional and kept me updated with whats happening through the whole process. The work was immaculate and he made the caravan look like new. It would not hesitate for a second in recommending Caravan Surgeon and if I did need any work carried out in the future it would be Caravan Surgeon 100%, I would not go anywhere else.

Had a repair done 5 years ago, and had good service. Contacted recently for another job but never received a quote or a reply to various chasers by email, phone message and text. Obviously has so much work on that customer service, and basic courtesy has gone out the window.

Had a nasty accident on our way on holiday bank holiday weekend and damaged our beloved caravan quite badly. Andy was amazing from start to finish it was a horrible and very stressful time and we were desperate for the caravan not to be written off as it’s quite unique - Andy understood and made a horrible time so much better - our caravan is obsolete so he couldn’t replace body panels but he took the time and effort to find things that closely match as possible and even found decals to put on which were near - would recommend him a million times over
