I contacted Sorry Mate after my insurance appointed solicitor proved to be the legal equivalent of a chocolate teapot. They were very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the transfer process and within 3 weeks had made more progress than in the previous 12 months.Fergus was great at keeping me up to date and aware of the whole process. It's clear he has plenty of legal experience and knows the tactics employed by the other side.I wouldn't go anywhere else should I end up in this situation again.

I started going through my insurance solicitors and was waiting for days or a week for a response and got sick and tired of waiting and then boom Sorrymate was on the radio. The response was incredible and so professional it's unreal. A couple months later my case was settled. I can't thank my appointed solicitor enough. Definitely recommend them too anyone.

Second time dealing with Sorrymate. I don't know why anyone would go through their insurance when you get such a brilliant level of service from Sorrymate. Accidents/claims drag out for a long time but I always felt reassured and kept updated throughout the whole process. Even if it was a small amount of information. I was involved in an accident last year. The legal team from my insurance company were awful. I found sorry mate an it was sorted. I spoke to the team, they took the details and they were off. I was well informed and kept upto date at every stage. Once the amount was agreed it was paid very quickly. They take less than other companies and understand bikers. I hope I don't need assistance again but if I do I'll be back to sorry mate straight away

Why do my reviews keep getting taken down let people decide who’s telling the truthThis nightmare started in 2014 after this Terrible accident I went with sorrymate due to the fact I was promised help with rehab help at home basically anything I needed I’d have within reasonTurned out to be exactly they empty promises I received nothing of the above I was sent all over the country at my expense to see experts on several occasions I turned up and there were no appointment made there mistake not mineWent to see a barrister Dan Tobin in London absolutely waste of time infact my case was due to go to court and the lovely mr Tobin informed me he wouldn’t attend may be 2 weeks prior to the hearing very amateurishThe other side tied sorrymate up in knots and I felt I was fighting this alone things got so bad I wanted to walk away from this with nothing as it was waying heavy on me sorrymate had no guts or backbone and caved in at every ridiculous request from the other side I’d come out of my house to find a team of private detectives from surveillance group Tewksbury camped outside when I informed sorrymate they didn’t want to know I’ve spend over 100 days in hospital 1 week on life support and Iam still having surgery and I can’t claim due to been railroaded into a decision then they tried to take a massive lump from the pittance I receivedThese pictures are proof that ( it’s all in your head ) comments from sorry mate and mr Tobin are flawed
