I needed delivery of my parcels to an exhibition in London and afterwards, return them. In the past, I always had problems with big curriers. I found Katrina from RDS friendly, accommodating and helpful. She understood what I needed and provided me with a personalised experience, she kept me updated on the driver's location throughout. Fantastic Service! They arranged to collect on a Friday morning from Coventry and deliver to Cardiff on Saturday! Prices were unbelievably good but the professionalism and service levels were absolutely First Class. Highly recommend and will use you again 100%

RDS have been fantastic. I had 200 boxes that I needed to ship out within the UK and Katrina, Sarah and David were brilliant from start to finish. They explained the process very clearly, set me up on the portal, printed and sent the labels to me, they took care of everything and went above and beyond. All boxes were delivered the next day and with no issues. Absolute first class service and will 100% be using them again. Not only is their service fantastic but they are such friendly people and so easy to talk to. A huge thank you to all of you.
