I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service. I’ve been a Dixons gas customer for over 35 years I’ve been trying to get through to you several times but have hung up after having to wait on hold for over 20 mins.The service standards are not short from abysmal.This reflects very poorly on your company's reputation and the competence of the leadership. I hope that you take immediate action to deal with this as you will no doubt be loosing customers daily.

Used for 5+ years without a problem. Now for weeks im stuck on hold for 30minutes plus amd emails are ignored. Havent been able to order gas for 2 weeks now. Ridiculous service.

Previously used Dixons which has been taken over by this company. I used to ring up, order gas, and it was delivered promptly. Now I’ve been ringing for over a week, I’ve sent an email, no reply. We need gas for heating and hot water, but they’re not answering. Terrible service. People are depending on this service, many rural properties don’t have mains gas.

Rely on lpg gas as I live rural for heating and hot water. Tried for 3 weeks to get through on phone which eventually cuts you off, multiple email's sent but can only order over the phone. Finally got through after 3 weeks and a 25 min wait. Then they overcharged me by £48 (they quoted me via email) AND THEN DIDNT DELIVER THE GAS! so I’m left again without heat in this freezing temperatures, they only deliver on Fridays here and don’t open weekends so I have to wait until Monday to sit on the phones again to try and get my money refunded so I can purchase gas elsewhere!! Absolutely worst customer service.

Have been phoning on and off for over a week but constantly on hold. Have tried customer form but no one has responded. Have tried emailing an order direct but no response. We have been a customer for 17 years and find this lack of contact very unsettling. There is no excuse for not contacting loyal customers back within this time frame.

Could not recommend using this company, very unprofessional. We set up a new account with them with the first quotation mentioning that the first delivery would be free. We were then told we were expected to pick the item up. We then turned up to collect the item and were told to come back in three days as the site was closed due to the company “updating their systems”. Since then we have tried to call the office on numerous occasions, call our sales reps mobile number numerous times and email numerous times all with no success. Now cancelled the account and used Energas Ltd in Gateshead who sorted everything within a day.

Can’t get through to place order on email or phone. Been trying for 3 weeks. Have been using Dixons for 19 years very happily. What has happened? Have now posted old fashioned letter with order, so hope there will be a positive result!

Not happy at all, used Dixon's for 10yrs + never had a issue, it's took me a week to get through to someone who decided to put my order through for Friday.... Not this Friday just any Friday as she couldn't give me a DATE. We are a business that depends on gas to operate, this is disgraceful disgraceful

I can’t get through on the phone after ringing for a week and I have sent an email with no reply. Please tell me how to get through to you as we need heating gas. I appreciate there is high demand but there is every year and no problems before. ThanksPs I got through after 15 mins today - thank you, the operator was very helpful

aweful !!what happened to the friendly & helpful Dixon’s staff?have the misfortune to have tried twice in past month to get gas, both times to be met with arude dismissive attitudeyesterday i wanted to change bottles - told “where is your original paperwork? - who keeps paperwork from over 10 years ago??I have an account - and when i asked should i go into office was told “i’m the only one”so i took my bottles and left - NEVER to returnadvice to others -avoid like gas direct the plaque unless you like rude unhelpful, zero customer care
