Swale Barn Vets

A wonderful , caring, knowledgeable Vet & lovely staff. Today was our second visit & we were made to feel at ease & looked after from the moment we entered the building, having taken in our poorly cat. A great new Vets in town.

Although not my usual vet, Swale Barn was able to see my dog the next morning (there was a three day wait for my vet). Getting there and parking was easy, the waiting area was clean and welcoming, staff were friendly and my pup was at ease. Thankfully, the reason for the visit turned out not to be serious, and I felt the advice I got was honest and sensible, and about my dogs welfare, not making money. Radu is also up to date on neutering advice, whereas I hear a lot of vets pushing for this op as soon as they hit six months. Overall, a very positive experience, and we’re now considering moving all four of our pets to Swale Barn.

A very friendly welcome by reception. A very professional and knowledgeable consultation with Radu the vet with options and associated costs discussed ahead of any treatment. Its so nice to attend a veterinary surgery where you know exactly who you will be seeing rather than a big practice where you never know which vet will be treating your animal. Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class. Radu is amazing. Faversham is so lucky to have him. His kindness, passion and understanding are second to none, and not only that but his knowledge and experience are above and beyond most vets, which has even been admitted by other veterinary surgeries and an official veterinary body.My Captain was so unwell when we first went to Radu, and his care and treatment was so thorough and performed so quickly. Radu makes time to check up on unwell patients between appointments and explains everything thoroughly. He made me feel like Captain and I were really cared for, and my whole family were overwhelmed by the service we got. I even got a sympathy card through the post, with a packet of memorial wildflowers after Captain sadly didn't make it. He is so thoughtful with these personal touches that you just don't get elsewhere.I truly cannot recommend Radu highly enough, and already have friends from Canterbury and Whitstable who have now switched over to him and would not go back. He is truly what the phrase supervet was made for. He even works to raise money for local animal rescue centre, Happy Endings, which tells you a lot about the passion and dedication he has to caring for animals.Aside from the exceptional care and treatment, parking is also plentiful and prices are lower than elsewhere. Seriously, going elsewhere is a mistake.

We have visited Swale Barn today and I was impressed with this clinic. Beautiful and very calming environment. Extremely polite and helpful reception. Lovely vet Madeleine Tash was very professional and super gentle with my dog. She was making sure that my dog would not have any stress there. My lovely Pomeranian felt like at home, even had some treats there. Normally he hates going to the vet, always feels anxious, but first time he was enjoying and left the clinic with the big smile! We will definitely come back there and I can highly recommend it to everyone-there is no doubt-they are one of the best!

Great staff and a lovely vet. Appointments are quick and they do their utmost to help. We love Radu but our spaniel is a bit more hesitant but still wags her tail for him.

It can only be 5 *. This was our first visit to this vets for kittens vaccinations. The vet is very calm and has a great 'bedside manner'. Definitely highly recommend. They are very calm kittens, but pretty sure the vets calm mannerism made them feel even more calmer. Add to the whole atmosphere, lovely ladies, very welcoming on the reception. Overall a very high 5+

Brilliant vets. Receptionist are so lovely and welcoming. The facilities are modern and clean and Radu the vet is so dedicated and thorough. Nothing left to chance. Very well priced also. A vet that actually cares about the animals and not just his bank balance.

I called Swale Barn Vets this morning as I was concerned my dog had possibly ingested some mouse poison. The receptionist was so nice and supportive on the phone and got me in to see the vet straight away! When we got there Radu was so calm with my Bella (who is very very anxious) and she was treated quickly and effectively and thankfully it seems she didn’t eat anything! Radu really put my mind at ease and was honest in his advice and very knowledgeable. I’m going back at the end of the month to get Bella onto their health club plan and get her jabs up to date and know she has a great vet to help look after her going forward! Thank you to everyone at Swale Barn so so much!

I cannot thank the team for the care they gave our Milo when he was involved in an accident. It isn't my veterinary practice but they took him in and gave him excellent care. They also supported me with sympathy and kindness. Milo was treated with respect and professionalism very efficiently and we coukdnt be more gratefulWe would certainly register with them based on our experience but need to stay with our present vet as he is experienced in Mediterranean diseases.
