In Person, good... good service, opening hours also good, and waiting time not bad... not excellent but no one is perfect...Trough the phone is 0 out of 5 stars... first 43 seconds you need to listen for pre recorded info about their opening hours etc (fair enough), then at 1 minute 34 seconds is disconnecting automatically... I am already after 15th attempt of contacting! It's very, very annoying...

Website says open till 23.00 we got there at 20:55 and doors locked, there's a revised opening hours sign outside that states open till 21:00. As a result we couldn't get my stepdaughters boyfriends insulin. 21:00 should be 21:00 not 20:50

I cannot say a bad word about this surgery as I have always been treated with politeness and respect from the receptionists, Doctors, nurses and medical team. Yes, I may be 25 mins on the phone waiting for a receptionist to answer, and maybe quite a wait to get an appointment with a Doctor but I also think that some of the comments on here are uncalled for. Why do they want to shoot the messenger?, If you want respect, then give respect to those who are doing a difficult job in trying to please every one. These are difficult times for us all and I for one have many health issues for the NHS to contend with, thankfully I am very grateful for all the help I receive from the staff at Wheatfield surgery who are doing a very stressful but worthwhile and difficult job.

Calling at 20.15. No one is answering then they hang up. I've signed up for the text message service but I don't get them so I have to call to see if my meds are ready. That's hard when they don't bother answering the phone! What really gets me is that you can be in that pharmacy in person and there are at least 4 members of staff in there but no one acknowledges your existence sometimes for at least 5 minutes. The whole customer service experience is just rude. Manners cost nothing. Think about it

Picture this you have a week left of anti depressants so you Put your prescription in wait 3 days, go to pick it up they tell you they haven't recieved anything since 2 months before despite you putting it in a month ago you ask for an emergency tablet they tell you to go next door to the surgery , you proceed to go next door in which they tell you it was accepted and is next door and is not to do with them you go back they tell you unless it's accepted they can't give you anything you go back and forth both useless, having to wait a following week without anti depressants is illegal for them to do to you, you ever noticed how there's always a new member of staff? If you go on a job site any you constantly see job vacancies there they are terrible for both staff and customer service if you ask to see a head supervisor you will get the person come over an repeat what the junior staff said but in a really condisending way.. Go to boots instead

Still waiting on prescription since yesterday. Supposed to send tex to notify it's ready. Tried ringing of course no answer. When your not well the last thing you need to do is waste time coming down to be told preacription not ready or on some occasions not even there yet

Was rushed into hospital early in the morning as my airways were closing up. Air ambulance was on standby. After I was released from hospital my better half went to this pharmacy with a prescription. She has a broken ankle so couldn't drive. She called a taxi and when she got there the pharmacist made her cry by being so rude Infront of ppl. Bear in mind I was not long out of resus... AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.
