Excellent service, price was cheaper than boiler juice were offering and got next day delivery at no extra cost. Think I'll be coming back to these guys in future again and again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.We have just received an extremely good service. My oil was very low and my boiler would not work. Even though the office had closed Ali replied to my plea for help and arranged for some oil to be dropped off to me, on a cold late Saturday. The service was above and beyond of what was expected.Thank you so much, we are truly grateful.

Very easy and pleasant to do business with from the initial call to enquire about prices to the delivery man. I have used EG Martin a few times now and they are consistently good. Currently delivering within 2 days of ordering which is so much better than 'on or before' when you need to be at home for delivery

I have used this company for over 6 years and will stick with this local company rather than ever using the larger outfits again. Reliably good prices. Access requires arranging and they can always tell us to within half a day when they will be coming so this is never a problem..

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your customer service, it is simply outstanding. I called this morning in a bit of a panic with a virtually empty tank due to a problem with our monitor. Lindsay knew all the details of the account simply from being given my name and said she would try and get it to me today, if not tomorrow. Within 20 minutes of calling, the lorry was parked outside delivering our oil. Paul, the driver/operator was an absolute delight to deal with, professional, engaging, genuinely a great ambassador for your company. This is only our second order having moved in recently but you have certainly secured our loyalty as a customer going forward. Thank You!

This firm really went beyond expectations and made a special oil delivery after working hours to ensure that I didn't go another night without heating and hot water. My normal oil supplier couldn't deliver for another two weeks but Mr Martin personally took the initiative and made sure that I was warm and OK.I will definitely use them as my future oil supplier. Within a couple of pence they were almost the cheapest on the day I ordered, much cheaper than many of the “big boys”. What I heard and have now experienced is their short and accurate delivery promises. I ordered mid morning 29/12 and told could be the 30th if not Tuesday. My order was delivered at 9am the next day. In 37 years of ordering oil I have never had such service.Would recommend highly
