These are great guys to call, really helped and got my car running again after a very silly mistake. Mark was great, fast and clear about what needed to be done. Would highly recommend.

In a ridiculously daft moment I put petrol in my diesel van. Chris was an absolute saviour. He phoned very quickly after my initial call to give me an estimated arrival time and he arrived quickly. He was very friendly and polite and most importantly did not make me feel stupid for having made the mistake; no jokes, no questions, no comments. While I would not have been offended, it was nice that they weren't said!Chris was very professional whilst also being conversational and put me at ease. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with the way I was dealt with. Thank you Chris.I would not hesitate to recommend the company or Chris himself.

Had to painstakingly call the fuel doctor today after making the error of putting some ad blue in my diesel tank. Chris called me to say when he would arrive, explained all of the work he was carrying-out, his great chat quickly made my embarrassment fade away and after a short while I was back on the road again. Hope I don't have to use their services again but I wouldn't hesitate to if I had to or recommend to family and friends. Thanks again!

Can't thank these guys enough! Forgot which vehicle I was getting fuel for and promptly put £30 of petrol in my diesel car! Fortunately I realised before switching on engine! Garage gave me a card for the Fuel Doctor. Rang them and they were with me in under half an hour, and dealt with the fuel quickly and efficiently, that's what I call great service, by two very nice, friendly gentlemen. Thanks again guys.

I rung fuel doctor and within 90 minutes I had a guy turn up named Chris.What a guy the temperature was around -5 on my driveway way when he turned up to do his bit for me.Not once did he complain about anything and it was freezing he just got on and done his job and what a first class job it wasHe explained in detail exactly what he was doing and was ever shy to answer any of my questionsOnce he done his bit and a few turns of the key my car burst into actionI couldn't fault him or the company I'd definitely would use them again but I don't have any plans of putting the wrong fuel in againMerry Christmas Chris and family and to all the staff members of fuel doctorMr Vincent brown

I unfortunately filled my diesel with petrol, realised and rang Fuel Doctor. Everything was dealt with very easily, i was told it would be a 90 min wait and that Chris would call to confirm. Chris called and arrived when he said he would. Dealt with the problem for me and made sure the car was back up and running and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for doing it! Miles cheaper than the AA or RAC, friendly and efficient.
