Can’t speak highly enough about this family run business.Service and aftercare exceptional.My parents purchased a bed and recliner chair each approx 10 years ago and due to my Dads failing health we had to have them moved into his own room.Scott and his Dad when approached came and dismantled both items and set them back up for us at no charge.Very professional but down to earth guys.I would have no qualms recommending them to anyone.

Excellent, friendly service. Scott was very understanding and empathetic to our family’s urgent need of a riser-recliner. He went above & beyond to accommodate a next-day delivery, bringing with him various models he had in stock for Mum to try out for comparison, ease and comfort. He was attentive and patient, taking time to fully explain all features of the chair to Mum, who is elated with her new seat. More importantly, she is in less pain when seated due to the support of the riser-recliner. Grateful for the incredible service, Scott!

I am so impressed with Scott and his customer service. We bought a recliner from his shop in Kings Heath at least 10 years ago. At the time, Scott and his father were very helpful and sorted out any teething problems immediately. Now, all these years later, the recliner stopped working and Scott has just called round, sorted the problem out and has refused any payment. How's that for customer service?! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Absolute top rate service, friendly advice and help. I asked for a home visit which was arranged quickly. The recliner chair was set up on the same day, and Scott and Callum very kindly removed the settee for us. Extremely good local business, with after care included. Very impressed, would recommend to anyone.

Scott and Neil were outstanding. Took a great deal if trouble in making sure that they supplied us with not only a good quality chair but the most suitable for an elderly relative, and that it would continue be so for the future if circumstances change. Absolutely no pressure, plenty of patience and care, and certainly went the extra mile - in fact more! I'm very glad that we found them, no hesitation at all in recommending them to others. A bigger business is not always better - in their case small ish is definitely beautiful! Thankyou
