Stilz is probably one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!! Excellent service!! I was kept fully in the picture of every movement from the salesman Graham, who was brilliant, to all the chaps who installed the lift. Everyone was very helpful and efficient!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

From our first contact with Stiltz we were impressed by their response. The Sales Advisor did such a good job that we decided to have Stiltz install our wheelchair lift, the sales team helped us through the process and negotiated a good solution for us, the build team especially Terry and Ben were the stars of the show closely followed by the installers. The finished installation looks excellent, no mess, and no damage to our decoration.We would recommend Stiltz without hesitation.

Very expensive and unreliable. Marketing states someone will be with you if there is a fault within 4hours . No it’s actually someone will ring you back within 4hours which is okay but the nearest fitter is Sterling Scotland. 51/2 hours from where we live. The advice given is if you’re stuck then ring the fire brigade. Not good enough when the product is over £20k. My father has completely lost confidence in the lift and mum point blank refuses to use it .

First class service from an excellent company. We ordered a Trio through car, wheelchair lift in 2022. Stilz agreed to install at a time of our choosing and were happy to hold the order over until we were ready. Because we were building an external lift shaft it took sometime to find a suitable builder. Here Stilz again came to our rescue and put us in touch with one of their subcontractors. The work commenced in September and was completed in three weeks to a very high standard. The Stilz installation engineers were friendly and efficient, the lift install was completed in two days. We would recommend this company to anybody looking to install a personal lift in their home.

We had a Stiltz Homelift installed and we are pleased with it. The building and installation teams work was excellent and they keptthe house tidy at all times. There was minimum disruption.

Excellent service and brilliant installers. We are delighted with our lift which is very discreet and hardly notices but is a great help for my husband and has future proofed our house.

Apart from 'Dave B', everything went very well. Dave's incompetence cost us money as our builder was subsequently forced to tear down a panel he'd installed and painted upon Dave's instruction.All is well now, however.I'd recommend the product.

I liked the size of the lift (trio) as it felt and operated like a 'proper'' lift. The 4 guiding wheels each side that ran up the Stilt legs, gave a solid feel with no rattles, just a hum as the lift car moved. It takes 25 seconds from one floor to the other, at least twice as fast as a stair lift. I had a stool fitted as an extra, as a shelf to carry things like laundry, or a cup of tea in the morning. It has been a boon for carrying things up and down stairs like my workmate, dining chair etc, well anything less than 250kg that fits inside it, because with this lift you only have to hold the button on continuously(like a dead man's handle) until the lift stops moving and then you release it, the stable door opens outwards, so I decided to have the open door flat against the wall in the bedroom as the bedroom door is so close in my small room., and the lift door opens the other side to the wall down stairs.I now don't hesitate to go upstairs as even if I feel lazy I can just sit on the stool and push the button in front of me even if I'm only half awake.I would recommend the lift, as it is definitely very convenient to use and the builders put everything in good order after they had made the hole for the lift, and they wre often too busy getting the job done, to drink the tea that I had made for them.

I am sure Stiltz offer good products that enable people to access parts of their homes with ease, however, it is not acceptable that people park outside and idle engines whilst installing said products to the detriment of everyone else. This was in Enfield this morning.
