Staff very friendly and helpful, picked a parcel up and wanted to order same in different colour and the lady serving me said she could order it for me, so all ordered. Definitely will use again.

I am extremely angry I wanted to exchange a pair of trousers for another different pair I couldn't because the ones l bought on line where designer You have to post them back to Bonmarch Then l find out that all my points on my card have been discontinued Hence l will not be shopping at all in Bonmarche shops or on line
