HiQ Tyres & Autocare Ashford

Went on time and my car's full service was completed in one hour as I was told over the phone at the time of booking. Nice office with a coffee machine and comfortable chairs to wait. Satisfied with my car's service. Professional people, would definitely go again and recommend to others plus the prices they offer are very good.

This place is terrible. My son took a whole day of work to get his tyres done and had to go back 3 times ,2 or 3 hours apart as they kept telling him his tyres weren’t there yet,then tried accusing him of giving wrong information which he didn’t. Last time they gave him a wrong size tyre so his car felt Uneven to drive. Slack customer service and attitude problems. And just to add after they made my son use £50 of petrol money running back and forth to their garage he got fed up went somewhere else just to be told they couldn’t change the tyre because HiQ tyres had kept his wheel rim. The worst place ever

Friendly efficient and considerate and prepared. Made the effort to help me further.

Visited HiQ a moment ago as my tyre loss of pressure indicator came on. Called and said to come down and within 10 mins they had pulled a nail out and repaired the tyre for £15. Great service!

These guys are GENIUS, I had a problem with my wheel bearing which was not identified by other centres with famous names in MOT, major service, only those guys could know that and fix it and actually they saved my life, an overlooked wheel bearing issue is very dangerous, and they are so welcoming, polite and honest and the prices are reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT PLACE. special thanks to Ammar and Mohamed.

They are wonderful very precise at all points safety advice and very accomadating, always fit you in very hard working and always happy to help I can't an couldn't do without them highly recommend and have a coffee they probably sick of me lol ,but seriously I thank you Jane lawrence x

I do not recommend this garage! I'm not one for leaving reviews, let alone bad ones but I feel people should be made aware of this garage.My car was covered by RAC warranty and as this garage was on their list of approved garages, I took my car here. My car had been overheating with the engine management light coming on whilst driving.For 6 weeks, and 7 journeys to this garage (on various occasions I dropped the car off and they hadn't even done any work on the car!), they still didn't know what the problem was.Firstly, they put through a pre-authorisation to my warranty for the water pump and cambelt to be done which was approved (however the garage told me the warranty wouldnt cover for my cambelt so i would have to cover the cost for this). The next day I took my car in and they decided they weren't going to do this work but instead change my thermostat (this was not the problem and they hadn't got approval from the warranty to do this). After changing the thermostat, I drove my car away to then have the coolant pipe blow off because it wasn't put back on properly (mistakes happen, which I understand and the mechanic was apologetic). My car was still overheating and they thought flushing through with coolant would sort it, it didn't. They then thought it was my temperature gauge, took the part out, looked at it and said that was fine. After all this, they said they didn't know what was wrong with my car and the manager accused it of being my driving!!! He then said to me that the warranty wouldn't cover for my water pump because of the amount of miles I'd done in the car (45k?!) and that you wouldn't expect a water pump to go this soon (duh! That's the point of warranty!).I phoned the warranty to find out what was going on to find out the garage had put through a claim stating they had done my water pump and cambelt!! I informed the warranty they had not done this work! I then took my car to a more reputable garage and within two days they had the problem fixed! It WAS my water pump which was sticking and the warranty approved and paid for the work for both my water pump and cambelt! Also forgot to add, that the more reputable garage found various tools that this garage had dropped under my bonnet and couldn't be bothered to recover!

Just had a very pleasant experience at HiQ tyres ,the staff could not have been more helpful,honest and helpful advice was given and a solution to our problem.will definitely be using again and happy to recommend to one and all
