Engineer's Bakehouse
Tried a selection of brownies and blondies purchased at the Elvaston Castle Food and Drink fair from Engineer's Bakehouse. Over the years I've sampled many artisan produced brownies- there are many great ones out there, a few outstanding ones........ these, in my humble opinion are THE BEST! Very well done !
