I went 2dy 1st time 8n rehana lounge receptionist was really really rude he did not help me with shesha what eav I was asking he was trying to b funny with me he was not helpful at all 1st and last time I went I will not recommend to any body I dont know about shesha if its good or bad am only tawlkng about receptionist

Went a couple of days ago the so called manager was so rude and arrogant needs to do a management course along side how to speak to customers most of staff were polite and friendly but seem to be scared of the manager wouldn't go back again

I came from Scotland I was tried too many Shisha cafes in Bradford.But some one told me try Rehana lounge it was amazing Shisha on point Kurdish tea was fantastic service was nice too.All staff was amazing.I recommend this place and I want to come back.
