They have a very good range of stuff for my boys birthday from train sets, scaletrix, airfix models to toy cars, tanks and soldiers.They also do some repairs, especially train sets with a minimum of £15.It's probably best for older kids and adults.

I was certainly expecting a better and faster customer service, honestly. Now I'm basically losing another weekend because after shipping back a Peco PSG-1 that I bought new and was sent in used condition (see pictures), they now will get this one looked at 1st to see what happened" despite the fact that I already explained the problem and provided pictures.What happened is that you don't inspect the items that you ship

Great model shop: bigger than it looks, it has a good range of products. the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest they make sure the products your buying are right for what you want (not just selling you anything to get your money) we travelled nearly 1.5hours each way to shop here. and we weren't disappointed, we will do it again soon. (Good model shops are few and far between, and this one rates high on an ever shrinking list)

Excellent model shop for kits, RC cars and especially model railways. There's a good selection of new and used models plus scenics and other detailing parts. Does do online sales but well worth visiting if you're in Cheltenham.

Bigger than it looks. Don’t let the modest shop front fool you. This place goes back quite a way.The goods are split logically into sections each one catering for a different type of modelling. Pretty much every thing is covered with the notable exception of D&D / RPG figures. There is a definite emphasis on trains with the back third of the shop dedicated to tracks, engines and accessories.Staff were knowledgeable, very helpful and found a model I thought was no longer available.

There is so much to see. You will almost certainly find what you need. I checked online prices and found them almost identical, plus they had knowledgeable staff.

Ordered something on Amazon Marketplace that I then needed to return. This was all in accordance with the stated terms and conditions of sale, which specified both free delivery and free returns. However, Cheltenham Model Centre deducted the cost of return postage from my refund. They refused to return this money or even discuss the matter aside from rather a rude email that I could best summarise as telling me to Go away". I had to go through Amazon customer services to intervene on my behalf and get my money back."
