Absolutely incompetent staff. The key cutter doesn't know anything about keys but poses to know all. I've had to replace the keys 3 times for the most simple lock. Avoid this company as when called customer services instead of listening carefully with concern for customer services the person made a mockery of the complain instead.DO NOT GET YOUR KEYS CUT FROM HERE AS THEY CANNOT DO THE JOB AND YOUR SAFTY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Very disappointing! I needed three key cuts and paid £20 for them (which is a way too expensive) and one of the keys simply doesn't work. Analysing the key I've noticed that it has a raw finishing, very poor service. I had to come back there, the staff did another one (as poor as the first one) and guess what? Doesn't work! Then I just didn't have time to come back again. I've paid (too much) for a key that I don't have. Waste of money! The funny thing is, on their receipt you can read The Quality Service People" WHAT A JOKE!"

Total rip off prices new watch battery £10.40 every where else £5. also now my watch keeps stoping and now have to send it to rotary to get it fixed . Avoid at all cost . West end prices in dagenham . Tompson are the dearest of the dear .

They charge me £15 for a watch battery, on eBay 5 battery £0.99 . I feel robbed

Very good customer service and helped me resolve my issue easily. I would highly recommend this place for watches, they prices are reasonable and they are very easy to speak with.

They refused to fix a broken car key, insisted on making a whole new key for 180 pounds when I just needed a blade cut, dry cleaners across the road did it for 10 pounds lol
