Review specific to Nando’s ilfordUpon reaching there was no staff to guide us to table and tables were also not very clean. Somehow even though the place was quiet empty , the staff was busy on their own. Had to wait on till to order as well.Order arrived in time though , we ordered butterfly chicken with rice and chips , which was decent. But the burger we ordered was horrible.Won’t recommend to anyone and the fact so many people are taking out time to write reviews, this place to should consider improving.

Food always fantastic, just had a few issues on my recent visit where the chicken was pink inside (uncooked) highlighted lighted to the staff which they kindly recooked it.Also try the new loaded fries

Food came 35 mins late and was told it wasn’t 49 minutes like we were lying about it being quite late. Have been to many nandos and have received great service. The waiter said it’s really busy but the restaurant was empty and then he said they were busy with deliveries as if the the in store customers aren’t a priority. Very shambolic. After all that waiting my chicken and sunset burger bun was quite overcooked. I’ve attached images for reference. Won’t be visiting this branch again.

Went for dinner and a great environment, food was amazing we ordered the sharing platter which had a good selection of grilled chicken & sides for 2 people and no long queues or waiting around. Clean, comfortable seating, tables and lovely decor and ambience as well. Staff were very helpful, even to accommodate a table change. Not too busy on a Sunday even when we went, and plenty of spaces available. Citi parking nearby, walking distance to Ilford Elizabeth line station and Ilford high road shops. Will definitely be back at some point!

Superb example of a great Nandos. Great space. Food was fab. Staff were super friendly. Cannot fault it. Food was spicy, goes with the territory I guess :)

I got the medium 1/4 chicken leg with two sides garlic bread and peri peri chips it was amazing especially with the peri peri sauce I had a great time here with my friend and the staff was amazing and asked us if we needed anything I would recommend everyone to try out Nando’s it is a lovely place to go for lunch and dinner with friends and family or for any celebration as I have been a couple of times and never been disappointed

Visited this place with the family and it was fairly quiet in the middle of the day. All of the staff were really pleasant and there was also a number of spaces available from a booth to the main tables. Food was great, it arrived hot and fresh, and the service was really good as well. My only criticism would be of the waiting times. The food took a while to arrive, and the counter staff seemed a bit slow when taking the orders. Overall would recommend the restaurant!

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I got at namdo's Ilford. The waiter Nana was very polite and extremely helpful. The lady at the till was patient and friendly, and all the other members of staff were always small and polite... the food was good too.

No.Please note that this review is specific to NANDO'S ILFORD. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted by any staff as they were chatting away. We then decided to awkwardly just take a seat at a table. We ordered half chicken with chips & brocoli and butterfly chicken with macho peas & spicy rice. The grilled chicken was not too flavoursome and perhaps a little on the overcooked side. You would definitely need more sauce on the side. However the chips, brocoli, rice and peas did taste nice and same as other branches.We ordered tap water, however I had to get back up to ask for cups so staff can be more attentive in all aspects at this branch.Overall it was a dissatisfied experience for us at this particular nando's branch. Normally they have good service with good food. I guess this branch is okay if you are just looking for good protein intake.
