Extremely rude staff. My son started crying when they asked them what he wants. They was so rude, arrogant and pushy with us because we visited them 30 minutes before the end of the working time. All the food was already in the fridge. I had to ask them to be calmed and polite with us. I'm not going back to this place. Avoid if possible. Shame.

Staff does not even check if the order is fulfilled properly and when asked...they say ask Uber Eats.It came in a sealed packet...items worth 30 pounds missing...called up and the staff just play the blame gameAlso....no supervisor on the floor....I think that itself says a lotTruly disappointed.You just lost a customer

Subway has gone down hill massively. 4 meatballs in a 6 inch sub. Which were rock hard. When questioned about the quantity they said that’s all you get. That’s come from management. disgusting. Taste and price for what you get.Bretton subway Peterborough has totally put me off eating at subway ever again.

I very rarely complain but I feel the need today to do so as I am actually very dissatisfied with today’s service. Firstly me and my partner felt very uncomfortable from the second we walked into the restaurant. Tonight’s staff was very unwelcoming.Secondly we hadn’t been informed that we would have to pay full price when at this moment almost everywhere is doing 50% off. We paid over £15 when we could have gone elsewhere to save money! This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had at least had a nice experience.Thirdly, the restaurant was due to close in just over 20 minutes when we walked in and no salads were on display what so ever. This meant every salad we chose the staff got more and more fed up each box they had to get out.Fourthly, everything we asked for was eye rolled by both members of staff and we felt very unwanted.On our exit, I heard the staff discussing “how long that was” in regards to our order.

This branch was okay. Very tasty subs. Plus, they actually served the little 'Bites' which I could not get for love or money in Milton Keynes (I visited 3 or 4 separate branches and they either didn't do them, ran out or the rolls were too stale!!!)

Staff were polite & helpful; but the place was filthy. Nearly every seating area had mess around it. Managed to find 1 clean table area. Shop was empty when we walked in, so no excuse for not sweeping up.

Subs were good, only four stars as I was served by an abrupt staff member with no customer service skills who had better things to do. The other member of staff was much more pleasant, on leaving the store I felt sorry to leave him alone with her.

Food ok. Cleanness of tables poor. Staff friendly. It ok for a quick meal. Still space for improvement. Cheese bites 5 small ones for £2.09 is a bit push other chain restaurants got better offers on these. Please see photos attached ☺️.

Has always been my go to subway store in Peterborough and still nothing has changed!☺️Great service from the two ladies working on the day! Great sandwich as always. Absolutely got nothing to complain about with this subway store.Would definitely recommend it to my family.
