Disgusting itchy scratchy store supervisor was very patronising, as much as her disgusting rude staff at the cashier. I think the balance is right then, low prices vs low brain cells staff. Very bad experience , unfortunately it’s a shame for the handful of decent staff that work there. It does seem that the supervisor and the rude staff are on day release from prison.

It is a very busy place and often has a lot of delivery all over the shop floor. It's very small, which doesn't make it that accessible. The queue for the tills is often very long.Great products at reasonable prices.

Amazingly good value - got really cheap dishwasher tablets (£3 for 30ish), Washing powder (huge box for £3.99), vitamins (£1 for 30 multivitamins), and toothpaste (£1 for a standard tube).Just wish they did more as it saves a fortune VS Boots, Superdrug, etc).

O k as a bargain shop, they ae helpful BUT... a big shame they discontinue products at such short notice, eg bought hands free hand wash dispenser kit, fitted throughout the house every sink you would wash your hands also my children's houses. All together 20 kits at approx £10 each. Then went back a 2 weeks later to find that they no longer sells the soap kit to put in the dispenser this is the only one that fits the dispenser hence all 20 can no longer be used. Expensive waste

Rude b*****ds told me to wear a mask in store even though it's a personal choice now and failed to put up any signs saying pay by card only. Come to savers templar Square for the low prices and poor customer service.

The shop is very small, aisles are narrow. It is hard to browse without getting in people's way. Some of the prices were more expensive than other retailers when it is supposed to be a saving shop. Staff was friendly and polite. It is Not a shop I feel that I can go in though unless I know what I want.
