An update: So, I have now received two deliveries of beads from BeadsJar and I have to say that these beads are of superb quality: some of the best beads I have found. The craftsmanship is excellent and the glass beads are stunning.Importantly, the glass beads are manufactured to a very high quality and are colour stable: they have been coloured correctly so that they are colourfast and no dye can leach onto clothing or skin. (This is important, as I have had to discard a lot of beads bought from another store where the dye was not colour-fast and transfers to clothing and skin.)Delivery was very prompt and the packaging is excellent.I highly recommend.I received fabulous and detailed advice when I spoke to the owner last week and received excellent customer service. A set of beads arrive tomorrow and I will review on arrival.

Previously had some issues with the store, but they have really turned around. My wife's order was sorted and apologies provided. We are now regular customers and can't praise their service enough. Thanks to all the team there A+++

Excellent, effectively I always get what I ordered, I have never had any problems or complaints, and I was with beads right for several years, also loved the range of products, so I continue to order from them

Not a bad website but shame quite alot of the items were out of stock and I didn't think they had a particularly good range, not a place I will be shopping with sorry. ☹

Been waiting almost a month for my order. Poor customer service as I haven’t received a direct response relating to my order which hasn’t arrived.

I have had quite a few deliveries recently and have NOT been disappointed. The orders are very well packaged and usually arrive next day. The quality is amazing. The customer service is fantastic also. I love Beads Jar UK, they are my new favourite place to shop.

BeadsJar is an online business (which means no actual store to visit), with a reception area to pick up orders that are placed online. The staff are amazing and their selection of stock is brilliant. Great value for money.

I have just received my order from Beads Jar UK and im really pleased with the quality of the charms as well and how quickly i received my items. The whole transaction process was easy to navigate and delivery was fast. cannot fault them at all!
