Arrived at 16.50 and it's closed, why say it's open until 7pm. Unacceptable.

The opening hours are never right !!!I've been there at 6.21pm (Sunday 18.02) and as usual the shop is close. Sometimes the shop cloess even earlier, around or before 5pm. Parcels are always scattered - often you have to look for it by yourself.Almost no one speaks English there and the male part of the staff behaves strangely. This place is so weird.

Very uncomfortable experience. I was greeted by a (very nice) lady but she needed the mans help with my query. He ignored me although he answered a phone call whilst smoking a shisha - which I believe has the same smoking laws as cigarettes. Without looking up he told me abruptly the equipment wasn't working and the communication ended there, no offer when I might use their service. I won't be returning.

Excellent service. Fee was informed upfront, relevant forms given to fill in the details and when the man entered on PC requested me to countercheck. Informed me clearly the timescale of delivery. My recepient abroad also got a message soon after about the date of delivery which was soon after I posted. Would use again.

Whierd place go in wait half an hour for the man speaking on the phone with friends and loghing donsn't care why u r there. Opening times never right.

Unfortunately, the website says open until 7pm, and when I arrived at 6.30pm to collect a parcel, the shop was shut. The person next door called the owner and I was told they close usually at 5.30pm
