Rubbish parking, straight up lying or have bugged out systems about those that paid for their tickets (probably those that pay with cash). You get a letter after a month with a fine so be warned to always keep tickets.

I have received a parking fine for £60 from this so called charity car park even though I got a ticket. Unfortunately I threw ticket away for proof. Be very careful and save your paid tickets as it seems that this happens to a lot of people who have paid. Whoever owns this site are coning people out of money. BE WARNED THIS CAR PARK IS OWNED BY SCAMMERS!!! who prey on genuine people.

Like fining people for the fun of it even if you have paid or have put your reg details at the gym for free parking. Disgusting. Avoid.

On 9th April 2021, parked on this car park, payment machines not working so took a picture of machines. As expected, got parking charge from Bank Park for £60. Wrote to them explaining the above, with the pictures, they said I still have to pay. I'm not the brightest star in the universe but I think paying 50p is cheaper than paying £60 but Bank Park think that motorists avoid paying 50p so that they can £60 penalty. Contacted management of Farley Centre, they said JD Gyms own car park, no answer from JD Gyms. So Bank Park can carry on penalising motorists and no one will take any notice until shopping centre closes down due to lack of shoppers.

Absolute joke of a companyBiggest scam artists I ever seen in my entire life. Got a letter in the mail saying that I didn’t pay for my parking, and that I have to pay £60 for a fine. Do not use this scam of a car park!!! Most of the time machines are out of order, when u try and pay using the app, the app is down and they fine you even though it’s their fault £60 charge for being there less then half an half an our, when you contact the owners they don’t get back to you and threaten you with £100 fine if not paid. Absolute disgrace. Don’t know what’s charitable about it, they should be sued for negligence and faulty machines. I will never use this car park again.

i have just received a parking fine for £100 after i paid & bought a ticket. Some shysters firm called Bank Park Management in Sheffield. I am refusing to pay - i was only there 30 minutes so on top of the ticket i bought, they are charging £200 an hour to park here.This is robbery!!
