Took my car to get front suspension fixed, picked it up the next day with a massive crack on the screen. Was told I would get a phone call with regards to see about repair and have heard nothing since . Very disappointed as I have spent a fair amount of money at this garage. I was initially told that it could have happened if a bit of dirt got between the sill and screen to then be told that it most definitely couldn't have happened while there . I will never use you again and I most certainly will not recommend you not only has it cost me for the initial repair but now I have to fork out for a new screen £400 out of my familes pocket ... hope you have a nice Christmas

They had everything I need. Would have 5 stars but I was charged £5 plus VAT AKA £6 because I didn't have the broken piece. Apparently they work on an exchange basis. Seems like a naughty way just get extra cash.
