Andrei was very friendly, but professional and helpful from the start. He outlined what he would be doing and, when your house is in a mess as importantly, how long it would take. We agreed the price and he also offered choices of what colour grout to use - something small like that makes the difference. He turned up on time, was considerate of neighbours and worked through the day. He left everything tidy and clean to minimise any disruption. He returned the next morning and finished the work within the time he had said. His work is of a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any tiling works.
