I was in KFC the other day and I was appalled by it. I ordered a zinger burger meal but when I got it, the burger and chips were freezing. I went and complained to someone and there was this boy in particular whos very big and was about 16 17 was very rude to me with no communication skills. Then he sneezed and did not wash his hands after it. Disgusting. Will never be back

Me and 3 others of my friends got food from here, 2 hours later we all have now felt sick as a dog, the food was horrific and I don’t think I will never eat at this establishment again, the gravy had white bits inside of it and didn’t taste normal. Never will I be back. And we are all violently ill and and my friends number 2’s are like liquid.

So it get 2 stars for customer service by virtue of the fact they didn't give us a hard time for using the toilet despite we only went to the drive through and eat in our food in the car park.Food was disappointing. Dry. Tasteless. So bland? I'm assuming it has to be a one off for a chain restaurant!. Hopefully just the wrong time on the wrong day.

Quality of the food has increased dramatically, staff are utterly useless, there is 0 professionalism from anyone in the building. Can never trust the drive thru to be open to or even near the time it should be always closing whenever they want. Let cars que to the main road for 45 minutes just to tell them at the ordering machine we have to close the store. Utter disgrace, perfect location, and as I said the quality of the food has absolutely improved. Granted the staff cook this food but honestly if I was the franchisee I wouldn’t be able to stand these staff letting me down like this.

This KFC is questionable. their food quality is different every time I have been, and in terms of the service, I have never seen the same employee twice, and it seems they all just don't want to be there.This one is hard to review because it's constantly changing. However, going to this KFC location isn't a bad idea, but just get ready to roll the dice and see what happens.

Stopped off here on Sunday (Dine in) - a number of items unavailable including Pepsi and Gravy, Only advised of this after I had placed and paid for my order - then a Scrappy Hand written sign was stuck to the digital ordering machines advising of missing items on menu. Food was lukewarm and I didn’t feel it was value for money. Chicken was very dry/smallest portion size of chips I’ve ever had from KFC.Place wasn’t particularly clean - bin was overflowing. Used trays/food were littered around the bin area. Staff mostly young and their lack of interest was obvious, could do with additional training or need better leadership. Customer service was practically non existent. No salt/napkins on our tray and wet wipe sachets not available. I had to go back to the till to ask for these. I know it’s only chicken and chips at the end of the day but come on sort it out! We definitely won’t be returning here- if your thinking of visiting - save your time and money - go elsewhere.

Had the worst experience ever today at this KFC!! Got a hot wings meal and my chicken was raw! I went back to advise them of this, but they argued black and blue with me that I was wrong that it was not raw! I was treated horrendously! I got a refund but will be reporting this to health standards on Monday! Thank go I took a photo of it!! Should be shut down!

There was a big queue when we went to KFC, which made us feel that the food had to be good, which it was. Apart from the long wait to order, it was an enjoyable visit, and we would definitely go again for a treat.

The BEST KFC I've visited in Northern Ireland - mind you, it's a a pretty low bar! Fries nice and hot, chicken okay, service fairly good. Have been many times since.

The food was OK, but I have had better at KFC. The chips/fries need to be cooked fresh, because the reheated ones have a 'dried up' taste and appearance, even though quite a few remained hard to chew. The lack of napkins and handwipes were a telling tale of the management ineptitude to maintain the steady stream of high-use consumable products, including hygienic sprays and dry rolls for cleaning tables after each use. The external rubbish bins of ALL THE KFC restaurants need to be emptied more regularly to prohibit attraction of disease spreading rats, which can be dealt with by the local stray hungry cats when promoted and allowed to do what is instinctive to many of them.
