Booked a brush cutter well in advance, on the advice of Paul. Arrived to collect. Didn't know anything about it. Can get you one from Hove. Had the whole clearance team from Worthing Archaeological Society waiting on this equipment. Good old Gardner and Scardifield save the day.

My company opened an account 3 months ago. I eventually heard from the sales rep and advised i had not been given any trade discounts. He advised he would set them up. Two months later, nothing so today I went into the branch today to discuss, and arrange a long term hire of a cherry picker which would be about £4k of hire. I stood there whilst the guy on the counter was texting. He could not be bothered to look up or even say I will be with you in a minute" he just carried on texting. After just over 2 minutes I gave up and walked out. Without doubt the worst service I have had ever with any trade supplier. Never again."

Friendly professional helpful easy to deal with staff. Hired the electric pressure washer and can't rate it enough. Did what it said on the tin so to speak. Probably not as cheap but better than bothering with a Karcher and so much quicker. Recommend the company and the piece of equipment

My partner an I hired a set of floor sander recently , staff in the shop were amazing and so helpful the equipment was great and did a wonderful job. We will be using them again in the future!

The carpet washer worked well. It's worth asking the staff to demonstrate how parts detach as I couldn't remove a nozzle, but otherwise good. The manager was helpful in sorting out my billing issue too.

Hired a whacker plate and cement mixer. As complete novices, Brandon Tool Hire couldn't have more helpful both the guys in the shop and the driver who picked up and dropped off the equipment. As I have a very dodgy back, the small delivery charge was worth every penny and the advice they gave really helpful. Well done everyone great service, thanks Paul
