Excellent dealers. Bought a 2006 Focus TDCi, had the odd problem which they did not hesistate to notify me about.Offered a great part-exchange price for my old C-Class. Among all the car dealers along the High Road, I would highly recommend Gladwell Motors.

Bought a car in March: Hyundai i30 2009.The price was fair. If I remember correctly the seller was called David. Super positive and comfortable person.When I arrived, David gave me all the time I needed to exam the car and test everything I needed alone. The car was super clean inside (there is a carwash nearby, probably they wash their cars there). Also the car had some documents about service works - not the whole history but gave me general understanding about the car. The whole processes was smooth and in an hour I bought my first car in the UK.They game me some kind of warranty - first month all the fixtures on the house and two more months to service a car with discount. I don't remember conditions exactly because I've never used this opportunity.There were some glitches with the master window switch, but I was warned about it in advanced. So I didn't find anything that wasn't told.I had a couple issues with a car since then, but probably there were my faults, because it had worked well before I decided to change some parts by myself.Generally, I can recommend the store. We purchased a 2008 car. The service and friendliness was excellent.Car is fantastic. We also exchanged old car with no fuss. Did a great deal for us and we are more than happy. Highly recommend. They took the dauntingout of buying a used car. Also respected the current Covid 19 rules. Stayed back late too for us to arrive from work. Thanks so much

Great service! Had the car 3 days and there was an issue with the coolant leaking! They took the car back and had it fixed within 2 days and now all is good! Very clean cars and down to earth dealership! Definitely recommend to everyone I know! 5 star service from me!

Bought our car here eight months ago. Let us test drive it and gave us a day to think things through. Very reasonably priced and beautifully clean. I was pregnant at the time and the owner really looked out for me. Would recommend.

Had two people contact me from this company looking to buy my car. Both had arranged to come see it and on the day both didn’t bother showing up. The owner Ron had even ignored my text asking to confirm if he was coming over. Completely wasted my time and absolutely no communication.
