Absolutely brilliant. No sooner than you contact and leave a message you get called. They found my blockage and was helpful ,clean and checked it thoroughly before leaving. It’s not expensive they are local and a great service c I would recommend to anyone 100% you get a good quality service. Thanks guys and to anyone needing a drain unblocked call them.

RECOMMEND! Very professional, reliable and came out fast. Had an emergency and they were able to come and save the day within an hour or so. Was worried as I’ve not had this problem before but rest assured they made me feel safe in the work they were doing and explained everything they had done in detail. I will be using these again for sure.

Highly recommended.I spoke to 3 employees, a receptionist, an engineer that called me back to discuss the issue and the engineer that came to site and all were very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was getting a fair quote and I wanted to use them.A thorough and professional job well done.Very Happy customer.

I discovered a blocked sink leaking so called Dorset Drainage Geeks. After clearly explaining the prices and costs on the phone someone was at the house within an hour despite it being an evening. The problem was identified and sorted quickly and he went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the results, even clearing another drain on the same system while he was there. Thank you for a prompt, efficient service!

Had a issue with water coming back up through sink, tried a cleaner and coil to push whatever it was through, rang these guys unsure what to do.They rang back later in the day after I left a message. I told them the issue they said try a plumber first as they maybe able to sort it cheaper.Told the plumber I found about dorset drainage feeks and he said he was impressed they didn't just come out and take your money like some other company's and will recommend to customised than need the service he can't provide. 5 stars just for the knowledge and honesty.

We had a blocked downstairs toilet. I rang them and they arrived within the half hour they promised. They were polite, efficient and kept us informed throughout. We were told what the price would be up front and there were no hidden costs. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their excellent service.

Nathan came out promptly with Dean to deal with a blocked drain. It was a Sunday and they were with us within the hour. We recently moved home and the drains were full of silt and house insulation material. The blockage was dealt with expeditiously and we now have lovely clean drains. Would highly recommend their service.
