Very limited opening times. If you want to post items i believe they have a very limited range of services other than being the local missed post collection office.

This Delivery Office is really convenient with helpful staff, check the opening times before you arrive though. Closed in the afternoon and certain days.

They’re only delivering post once a week and it’s Saturday! This is awful and not right. + sometimes I get Mail that is addressed to someone else who lives on a different street. Sort it out!!!!

Not happy with the service at all. Was meant to receive recorded delivery on 3.11.20. Missed the second post which came after 2pm. I recieved a red card through my door. I booked a delivery for 5.11.2020. I put a note on my door (to leave with neighbours if I'm not in) as I was on stand by for to for work and wasn't sure what time the post will arrive.Well the silly/ annoying postman ignored my huge note and left me a RED CARD again!

Missing post. One is 3 months overdue. Latest packet took 18 days from Paddington to West Dulwich. Really unacceptable.

Huge thanks to Cassius who gave exceptional customer service. I had a package gone missing (turns out he retailer fault not Royal Mail) but gladly Cassius gave me good advice to help me track down my package.
