I've done business with Dafydd on and off for the past 10 years +....always a pleasure and working with him and the rest of the staff at Kirsten's Care is no different. They are definitely one of my most valued clients.

Really amazing care company, great local carers, reasonable prices and always willing to accommodate our ever evolving care needs.

The carers deserve 5 stars if I could rate them separately. However the management leaves a lot to be desired. Rotas were not always emailed in time & carers were arriving up to an hour late of their allotted time& I therefore had to cancel a visit when I PHONED THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN THE ALLOTTED CARER WAS LATE , THEY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW BY TELEPHONE WHEN ALLOTTED CARER WAS GOING TO BE LATE & BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL I WAS GIVEN NOTICE THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SUPPLY A CARER . ok I understand due to the Pandemic they were struggling to provide carers, but they could still have let me know on the morning of a visit being late, by telephone.I am pleased to say I have found a carer myself who is providing excellent care for my wife .
